Working with Westside Community Development and Halstead Architects, Beacon Surveying and Engineering, Inc. joined this project in its initial development.  After completing a retracement and topographic survey, Beacon was hired to perform the site engineering and permitting for the project.  As the project developed, Beacon also performed additional topography around the site and upgraded the retracement survey to and ALTA/ACSM survey.
