Indianapolis Downtown Heliport Beacon Surveying and Engineering, Inc. worked with J.F. Edwards Construction Company to stake the location of a proposed AWOS tower and VHF transmitter. Additionally, geodetic positions based on NGS FAA reference stations were determined.
