Lawton Loop Condominiums

This unique project is located on the loop surrounding the parade grounds at historic Fort Harrison in Lawrence, Indiana.  This former building was converted into 4 large condominiums.  Additionally, new garages were constructed on adjacent land.  Beacon provided a retracement survey, prepared new legal descriptions for the units, platted the subdivision and staked the locations for the new garages.
