Beacon Surveying and Engineering was hired in 2004 to complete a topographic and retracement survey as part of a project including renovation, demolition, and new construction in the vicinity of these existing complexes.  As the project progressed, Beacon also provided an ALTA survey of several parcels and wrote a number of easements. Construction staking occured in 2006 and the project now provides housing to low income residents.
