Sherman Forrest/Parkwood Apartments Beacon Surveying and Engineering was hired in 2004 to complete a topographic and retracement survey as part of a project including renovation, demolition, and new construction in the vicinity of these existing complexes. As the project progressed, Beacon also provided an ALTA survey of several parcels and wrote a number of easements.
Presently, Beacon is providing construction staking services on two phases of the project. |
